We liked the last one, so we’ll do it again! The archers of Innilgard will hunt for Bear, Boar, Deer,
Ducks, Goats, Plants, Fruits and all manner of Monsters, Strange Creatures and Edibles which may be
found in the Hills and Woods!

Non-archers are also welcome to watch, play games, and try out some campfire cooking if wanted
during the afternoon. Any person (archer or non-archer) may book for the food fund, which is
privately run. Helpers in the kitchen always appreciated!

09.00 Setup
10.00 Event opens, sign in and prepare
11.00 Warm-up archery – target shoot and clout shoot.
12.00-13.00 Lunch break (flexible)
13.00 Monster Hunt
15.00 Dinner Hunt – Roving hunt with cardboard targets. Each target is a
representation of an ingredient for the evening meal – collect the set to get a
full feast! (All attendees who have booked for the food fund will get a meal,
not just archers.)
If wanted, target archery is also available.
16.30 Space for court if needed
17.00 Dinner
18.00 Bonfire and bardic after dinner

Price: FREE! This event is under Adelaide Uni SCA insurance. There is no fee to attend, but all
attendees MUST be Adelaide Uni SCA (College of Blessed Herman) members. This is free to sign up
at https://blessedherman.lochac.sca.org

Food: BYO lunch and dinner, or you may cook your own dinner over a cooking fire. OR…

Food Fund: Collette is running a food fund for DINNER ONLY. Cost is $25 per head (adults). For
Children’s prices please contact Collette. There will be Vegetarian, Dairy Free and Gluten Free
options. Full menu available on request. Please note that dinner numbers are LIMITED to 30 adults.

Site Directions: Please be aware that this is a working farm with animals and wildlife, including all the bitey ones. The plants are also spiky and sharp. Ground may be rocky, rough and/or slippery. Smoking only in specified area and take your butts with you.
This event may be cancelled if the weather is too hot or too cold/rainy/windy.
Camping is available overnight. More Archery on Sunday if there is interest.
